For enterprise
The API your competitor never saw coming: You + Us.
The forward-deployed model, run by the one who held it for 23 years.
The Operating Diagnostic prices the value at stake from your own operating data, and is built to survive an executive readout. We don’t sell intelligence. We operationalize it.
01 — The real cost
In a matrixed organization, the number one problem is its intelligence.
By the time it travels top to bottom, the information goes disparate: teams work the wrong steps, out of step with the vision, the mission, and the strategy the business is judged on. The right data, at the right place, in time, stops arriving, and the impact on revenue is massive. That’s the cost — and it isn’t an automation solution. It’s an architecture. This is what WE do.
02 — The front door
The Operating Diagnostic.
Three to four weeks, phased by site or domain. Access is read-only and credentialed, and everything stays in your tenant. It returns four things:
Value-at-Stake Schedule
Priced from your own operating data.
System Map
Across the whole estate — field to ledger.
Phase-Gated Install Plan
Sequenced; each phase approved before the next begins.
Executive Readout
Built to survive the board.
Programs from $50,000, milestone-billed.
Fixed scope. Milestone billing. You approve every phase before the next begins.
03 — Where it lands
Where it lands.
Present State
Ask the business anything; the true answer, with receipts.
Present State is the standing answer to the board question: the estate unified and askable in plain language, answers with provenance, a morning brief the business writes about itself overnight, and drift flagged while it is still cheap to fix. I run my own operation on exactly this (a nightly-rebuilt operations graph carrying 100,000+ events) and I demonstrate it live in the briefing.
Connected Systems
Four systems of record, four versions of the truth, and a board meeting Thursday. Connected Systems puts one version of the truth across the estate, with a live thread from field to ledger. This is the work I’ve done longest: the discipline that kept 125+ mission-critical applications integrated at Boeing Defense at 99%+ availability, and a billion-dollar utility’s UC and billing estate agreeing with itself. Your estate gets that discipline.
The right data, at the right place, at the right time. A digital thread. It’s the intelligence engineers depend on, and it’s been our work for two decades.
Autonomous Operations
Agents demo well and terrify in production, because most of them grade their own homework. Every autonomous workflow I install separates the checker from the producer, keeps sign-off human where it belongs, and runs under hard cost ceilings that halt runaway spend. In the briefing I will show a system decline to ship a number it can’t back, live, with the gate specification behind the refusal.
Revenue-side lanes (pipeline discipline, sales intelligence) fold into scope at the diagnostic.
04 — What convergence means here
We know engineering. We know AI architecture. Convergence is the point where machine intelligence and human judgment produce an outcome neither could have produced alone — and the architecture that delivers it is built to the standard of the record: governed, auditable, IP protected, measured on outcomes.
We don’t sell intelligence. We operationalize it.
05 — Engagement terms
Engagement terms.
- Mutual NDA before the diagnostic.
- Read-only, credentialed access; everything stays in your tenant; nothing leaves with us.
- Model and vendor exposure scoped in writing: what transits which AI vendor, what is retained, and nothing trains on your data.
- Certificate of insurance on request; MSA available for redline.
- Phase-gated engagements with kill points; milestone billing.
The risk instrument
Phased engagements with a kill point at every phase. If phase one doesn’t hold up under your own team’s review, the phase-one fee is refunded. You never defend more than one phase of spend.
Founding terms, in the open
The reference list at this altitude is young, and the terms say so out loud. Founding engagements trade founding pricing and first-slot priority for reference rights and a documented result, agreed in writing at signing. When the record exists, these terms end.
06 — The record
The largest operations never bought technology. They bought someone accountable for it.
That accountability is what this route buys. I’ve been that someone since I was 19, when Lockheed Martin put me inside Nike and Simon & Schuster; the 23 years since ran through Boeing Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy, and a billion-dollar utility. Architecture, CIO and executive-board decisions, every level of the organization down to the help desk and back up. Budgets in the millions; projects in the hundreds of millions. This route runs that model: I architect and install, your team is trained into the systems with as-built runbooks in your tenant, or I operate them under a named agreement. Your call. Full record: about.

What this route leaves behind: board questions answered within the hour, one version of the truth, and automation your auditors can read.
The briefing itself is thirty minutes with whoever owns the estate, and I bring the live demonstration. If you want the mutual NDA first, check the box below and it arrives before any conversation does.
